George Street W1 is a large duplex apartment where we strip out everything to bare concrete and redesign it by moving partitions and improving the internal layout. The brief was to modernize it for maximum rental appeal and value, but without a bland hotel finish. We thus created a modern layout to suit the needs of a contemporary lifestyle.
