This project involves a complete redesign including the loft and the rear extension. After the initial "Needs and Options" report the Client has commissioned us to produce planning and construction drawings.

Planning permission was successfully obtained and a tender set of drawings was prepared for Contractors' pricing. We were following construction with weekly site visits and were advising the clients and the contractor about any site issues or findings.
